Questions

Does this verify that an approval is real?

No. It checks quotes in supplied text and record relationships. The owner must review originals, authority and extraction.

Does the latest message automatically win?

No. Conflicting approvals and unapproved operational changes remain held. A supplied explicit decision needs checked supersedes or resolves links.

Can it read the Etsy forms?

The fields can be copied manually into the manifest. The helper does not extract or synchronize PDFs, and a filled approval checkbox is not supporting approval evidence.

Does it update Jobber or send the crew brief?

No. It reads local files and creates three local outputs only.

Can it choose cleaning methods or prices?

No. Technical methods, chemicals, surface suitability, prices and contractual decisions stay with the responsible operator.

What preparation remains?

Someone gathers current records, extracts exact quotes, checks authority and dates, normalizes task identities and reviews unresolved questions for each changed visit.
