Questions

Does it approve or release an order?

No. It reports how the supplied records and files reconcile. The seller makes production decisions.

Does MATCHED mean the artwork looks right?

No. The comparison basis is byte identity or an explicitly evidenced export mapping, not a visual or print-quality check.

Can it read my Etsy messages automatically?

No. Supply the selected records locally. No live account connection is included.

Can I use the Custom Order Forms supplement?

Yes, its semantic fields map to the manifest. An agent must read or transcribe relevant entries and inspect the actual supplied proof and production files; automatic PDF import is not included.

What happens when a buyer only says looks great?

Without source context identifying the exact proof, preserve that message as ambiguous. It remains UNVERIFIED.

What software do I need?

An agent environment with authorized local-file access and Python execution. The helper was tested with Python 3.12.14 on Windows and has no third-party Python dependency.

Does it replace Proofer or legal approval review?
