Requirements: Python 3.12.14 local CLI tested on Windows; helper uses Python standard library only. Requires an agent host that can read authorized local files and run Python. Normalized UTF-8 JSON/text input; proof and production files are compared as bytes. Other operating systems, live account integrations and automatic PDF extraction have not been tested.

Access and approval boundaries

Read only the user-supplied local job files and selected source exports.
Write the normalized job manifest and a new local review directory; existing reports are not overwritten.
No browser, network, credential, account, message-sending or production-system access is required by the helper.

Known limitations

Exact quote presence does not establish semantic interpretation, authorship, completeness or legal approval; the agent reviews the originals.
A matching SHA-256 establishes byte identity, not visual equivalence, print quality or historical handoff delivery.
An evidenced export mapping records a relationship; the helper does not validate the export visually.
No automatic PDF-field extraction, OCR, mailbox connection, Etsy/Shopify synchronization or production control is included.
No customer trial, time-saved benchmark or paid demand has been established.

Questions

Does it approve or release an order?

No. It reports how the supplied records and files reconcile. The seller makes production decisions.

Does MATCHED mean the artwork looks right?

No. The comparison basis is byte identity or an explicitly evidenced export mapping, not a visual or print-quality check.

Can it read my Etsy messages automatically?

No. Supply the selected records locally. No live account connection is included.

Can I use the Custom Order Forms supplement?

Yes, its semantic fields map to the manifest. An agent must read or transcribe relevant entries and inspect the actual supplied proof and production files; automatic PDF import is not included.

What happens when a buyer only says looks great?

Without source context identifying the exact proof, preserve that message as ambiguous. It remains UNVERIFIED.

What software do I need?

An agent environment with authorized local-file access and Python execution. The helper was tested with Python 3.12.14 on Windows and has no third-party Python dependency.

Does it replace Proofer or legal approval review?

No. It is a local evidence/file check, not an approval portal, signature service or legal determination.
