1. Start with your plan

Use the provided two-sheet workbook or a saved checker JSON plan. Download the blank workbook. No PDF import. Loading a file or example replaces the current unsaved form.

2. Coordinate the timeline

Repeat a phase ID and its times for simultaneous roles. Owners: separate adult IDs with semicolons. Blank means unknown; “unassigned” means no owner. Group size and capacity apply to activity rows.

Adults, supplies & document revisions

Adult: yes / no / unknown availability. Supply: received / promised / missing / unknown / cancelled. Document: revision identifier. Use adult aliases, not children's personal details.

3. Check and resolve

Ready when you are.
