Before anyone starts baking
Confirm the household count and send everyone the same quantities. This plan assumes equal contributions and does not include a portion of your own variety to take home.
Someone cancels after baking? Recalculate for the households still taking part, then record what has already been packed. Agree on what to do with spare portions. Changing the count here does not notify anyone.
